One of the new features of the fun_plug 0.7 is the possiblity to add multiple locations of the packages for the fun_plug 0.7. Although this looks nice, i wanted to see that automated. So i wrote uwsiteloader which first gets a definition-file which is then presented nicely to the user in the console. This will not work in other versions of FFP than 0.7!
How is it installed?
wget http://wolf-u.li/u/441 -O /ffp/bin/uwsiteloader.sh chmod a+x /ffp/bin/uwsiteloader.sh
To update the site-definitions, run uwsiteloader.sh:
uwsiteloader.sh
How does to tool look like?
If you have a site that you want to see added here, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Where is LFTP?

do I need to install any fft package before run this shell?
Hello coste,
seems to be something in the shell, please try again. I’ve changed the scipt a little
Best Regards,
Uli
yes, removing the lines function… works!
But now I got an error on
wget -nv http://wolf-u.li/u/439 -O $TMPFILE1
because wget @ BusyBox v1.12.1 does not accept -nv
I replaced it with -q
Error again! may be de to missing /ffp/etc/ffp-version ?
How did you delete /ffp/etc/ffp-version?
Same problem as coste above – no /ffp/etc/ffp-version. I guess it should be a simple file FFP_ARCH=arm or oarm. How do I find out which? for a DNS-325?
Thanks for you wonderful work here!
Heres another one, Uli. I can’t find ‘slacker’ to get the upgraded list?
Are you on FFP 0.7?
Pretty awesome!
Thanks for coding and sharing this!
Hi Uli,
May I ask, do you have a guide to install Transmissions on DNS320? If you do, can you point me to it?
Hi,
I got this error: FATAL: Missing config file: /ffp/etc/funpkg/sites
inside /ffp/etc/funpkg/, i got the following:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 353 Jan 22 21:37 dist.rules
-rw-r–r– 1 root root 1 Jul 17 01:48 sites.bak
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 102 Jan 22 21:37 slacker.conf
how should i rectify the error?
i got the same problem like chengsun.
Now nothing works anymore. Done these commands:
wget http://wolf-u.li/u/441 -O /ffp/bin/uwsiteloader.sh
chmod a+x /ffp/bin/uwsiteloader.sh
and then run the shell and loaded the repos.
in order of this i want to type slacker -u and now i got this error (tested on 2 dns323 with fonz funplug o.7
FATAL: Missing config file: /ffp/etc/funpkg/sites
How can i repair slacker? Slacker didnt work anymore
I’ve got this problem too. Any solutions to repair slacker? No commands works anymore
Updatelist was loaded and the slacker -u command doesnt worked in addition
error: FATAL: Missing config file: /ffp/etc/funpkg/sites
sorry for double post. the browser was be crazy ….
I’ve added that failsafe to the script.
I got the above message. but after I manually downloaded and run slacker -U was working fine.
but still no luck. see below
Getting the same error for Mijzelf, Kylek, and Memiks even though if I try to access through a webserver, the CHECKSUMS.md5 files all exist.
No idea what is going wrong here?
